For developers and promotores

See your building get built.

Building Blocks turns your plans into small, countable blocks. Your engineer ticks what got done on site; you watch the tower fill in — in 3D, in the render, in numbers.

How it works

  1. 1

    Import the plans

Drop a DXF and every column, footing and wall becomes a block with its real position. No DXF? Upload the PDF and let AI draft it for review.

  2. 2

    Repeat the typical floor

Define one level, repeat it ×12, fix the exceptions. Weights are shared among siblings, so a change order touches one branch, not the whole project.

  3. 3

    Capture from the site

Your engineer opens it on a phone: pick the level, the section, tap what got done, attach a photo. Quantities, not checkboxes.

  4. 4

    Watch it rise

The 3D view colors each block gray → amber → green. Scrub the timeline to replay the build. The render fills in as the numbers do.

Built for how construction is actually tracked

Quantity-based progress

m², m³, kg, pieces — progress inside a block is done ÷ total. No hand-balanced percentages.

Planned vs. real

Set start and end dates; the dashboard tells you if you're behind, not just how much is done.

One workspace, all your projects

Your portfolio on one screen. Invite engineers to capture and viewers to watch.

Your data, isolated

Every workspace lives in its own database. Photos and plans stay private to your team.

English and Spanish

Switch language anywhere. Built for Latin American sites first.

Honest numbers

Progress is a dated log, never a checkbox that can be un-lied. Every entry has a name and a time.
